This is not a weight loss plan, rather some simple tips to get started on your journey to maintaining a healthy weight.

It’s common to stand on the scale and question whether your weight is healthy.

It’s important to remember that your body weight alone cannot accurately reflect your overall health and what is a healthy weight to one person is not for another.

There is no “ideal” body weight because weight varies with body size. Your ideal weight range depends on your height, body type, and body fat distribution, all of which vary from person to person.

When I talk to a new health coaching client or a friend asking for advice on how to get their weight back on track these are the top 15 tips I share:

  1. Eat a variety of whole, unprocessed foods.
  2. Include protein, fiber, and healthy fats in your meals and snacks.
  3. Choose water or unsweetened beverages instead of sugary drinks.
