I like my job, love the people, but it is very demanding and busy - that is what stresses me. If I don't take some breaks during the day that stress just keeps building. Taking 10 minutes away from my desk to do something I enjoy a few times a day keeps stress at bay and work way more productive. Stress for me + fatigue. Hard to work with that!
